By public transport
from Tegel Airport:
about 30 minutes travel time
Bus TXL to S+U Alexanderplatz/Memhardstrasse; get off at “Karlplatz”.
From there, about 2 minutes walking distance to BDEW, Reinhardstraße 32
from Schönefeld Airport:
About 50 minutes travel time
Take local train (Regionalbahn) to Brieselang; get off at stop “Friedrichstraße” or take city train (S-Bahn) to Friedrichstraße (from there, about 10 minutes walking distance to BDEW). Take the exit “Schiffbauerdamm”, cross the bridge to get directly to “Albrechtstraße”. After approximately 150 m turn left into Reinhardstraße. It will take about two minutes walking to reach the BDEW office in Reinhardstraße 32.
from „Hauptbahnhof“ (Berlin main station):
Bus TXL to Mollstrasse/Prenzlauer Allee; get off at “Karlplatz”. From there about 2 minutes walking distance.
From A 111 to Zentrum/Charlottenburg, take exit Heckerdamm and carry on to A 100 to Wedding, take exit Seestrasse to Müllerstrasse, turn right into Müllerstrasse (please note that Müllerstrasse changes into Chausseestrasse) up to Reinhardtstrasse, turn right, after about 400 metres you will find BDEW on the right hand side.

Our office is located within short walking distance of the Schuman traffic circle (underground (metro), airport shuttle, local railway station). All EU institutions can be easily reached by foot.
Getting to the BDEW Brussels office by train:
by Thalys or ICE
From Gare du Midi (= southern railway station): Take the metro line 2 towards Simonis and get off at Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet metro station; change for metro line 1a or 1b towards Stokkel/H. Debroux. Get off at the second stop (Schumann) and leave the metro station. You are now at the Rondpoint Schuman. From here you can use the attached map.
By other communications
(e.g. Airport Express):
From Gare Centrale (= central railway station): Take the metro line 1a or 1b towards Stokkel/H. Debroux. Get off at the fourth stop (Schuman) and leave the metro station. You are now at the Rondpoint Schuman. From here you can use the attached map.
The distance from Zaventem Airport is 12 km; the airport can be reached by shuttle, train or metro.
Transfer by train from Zaventem Airport:
There is a railway station at the Airport basement with a direct shuttle service (every 15 minutes) to the Gare Centrale; from there, take the underground and continue as described above (by train from Gare Centrale). Total travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
Transfer by bus from Zaventem Airport:
The bus from Zaventem Airport (No 12 Express towards Luxembourg) departs every 20 minutes from level 0 (ground floor) and takes approximately 25 minutes to Schuman stop. You may also take the Airport line 21 towards Ducale/Hertog and get off at Schuman. Travel time is around 35 minutes. From Schuman you can use the attached map.
Alternatively, taxi services are available in front of the arrivals hall. The estimated travel time would be about 20 minutes.
From Germany via Liège (Luik, Lüttich) follow E40/A3 towards Bruselles, Louvain. Alternatively, you may also use E314/A2) from Germany via Genk/Hasselt to Louvain. Go on to E40/A3 towards Brussels. After having reached Brussels, drive on towards “Centre” / “Institutions Européennes” by crossing the Kortenbergtunnel (N23/N23A) which you leave in the Avenue de Cortenbergh. From here you can use the attached map. Our office is located in the Avenue de Cortenbergh 52 on the right hand side.
